Guarding Our Rights

Protecting God-Given Rights Held in Trust By the States

The Guardian Defense Fund’s mission is to defend the founding principle that the United States of America is a republic of laws, not of man, and neither her elected representatives and executives nor her judges and justices are above or beyond their reach.

Our Team

With decades of experience in litigation, our strategic partnership with the Davillier Law Group allows us to leverage resources for maximum impact.

Our Vision

Guided by our four aims of advocacy, impact litigation, collaboration, and communication, we have a bright vision for our future.

Our Impact

We have made a difference in the lives of American citizens both locally and on the national scale.

…the very definition of a Republic, is
“an Empire of Laws, and not of men.”

- John Adams, Thoughts on Government, April 1776

Our Purpose

The Guardian Defense Fund, Inc. has applied for nonprofit status under 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our organization is involved in the following:

  • Develop, litigate, and drive litigation intended for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
  • Advocate for the rule of law and individual rights in amicus briefs on pivotal cases before the Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court,
  • Consult with other guardians of liberty to develop cohesive strategies to combat the corrosion of federalism and civil liberties.
  • Communicate our republic’s founding principles through public outreach and education at all levels.

It is in truth not for glory, or riches, or honours that we are fighting, but for freedom- for that alone no honest man gives up but with life itself.

- The Declaration of Abroath, 1320
