Our Vision

Our Duty, Our Call

The Four Core Aims:

ADVOCATE

Continue to advocate for the rule of law and individual rights in amicus briefs in pivotal and critical cases before the Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

LITIGATE

Develop, litigate, and drive appellate and original litigation intended for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on issues of federalism and protection of our God-given rights.

CONSULT

Consult and coordinate with other guardians of liberty to develop cohesive strategies to combat the corrosion of federalism and civil liberties.

EDUCATE

Effectively communicate our Republic’s founding principles through public outreach and education at all levels, both online and through public events.

I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.

- James Madison, General Defense of the Constitution, June 6, 1788

Accomplishing Our Vision

We have done mighty works with little—toppled administrative regimes, freed Americans from odious law, and guarded our precious freedom.

With additional resources, our litigators can develop the cases and theories to continue to defend Americans against the erosion of their freedoms, and we can continue our work to educate the citizenry about their liberty—so rare and cherished in all the history of civilization.

But we must remain vigilant and ever on guard.

Our Four Core Aims put into practice our guiding principles and give us the vision to move forward with purpose and resolve. First, we seek to dismantle overreaching government structures that encroach upon individual rights, ensuring that no bureaucracy stands unchallenged in its pursuit of unchecked power. Second, we are committed to securing the rule of law as the foundation of a just and ordered society—where rights are neither granted nor revoked at the whims of the state, but recognized as inherent and unassailable.

Third, we work to embolden citizens with the knowledge and confidence to assert their freedoms, fostering a culture of vigilance that resists tyranny in all its forms. And fourth, we defend the institutions that safeguard liberty, knowing that without them, the principles we cherish may wither under the weight of apathy and coercion.

With unwavering resolve, we will press forward, armed with the Constitution, fortified by principle, and strengthened by our faith in our Creator and in the cause of liberty.

It is in truth not for glory, or riches, or honours that we are fighting, but for freedom- for that alone no honest man gives up but with life itself.
